1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, just follow the procedures below and in the form below.

Conditions for return:

The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must be returned intact in packaging suitable for storing the product during transport.

Once the returned garments have been received, they will be inspected by 93 GREEN STYLE, to verify that they comply with all the characteristics required for a return.

At 93 GREEN STYLE, we reserve the right to refuse the return / refund request if the return does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in our returns policy.

N.B.

Return shipping costs are charged to the customer.

The customer will be responsible for the return until the shipment is received by our warehouse.

93 GREEN STYLE is not responsible for lost / damaged / not received shipments by the courier chosen by the customer.

Replacement:

In case of replacement, make sure that the garment complies with the aforementioned characteristics, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to make a request.

We remind you that the shipping costs are charged to the customer.

When sending the package remember the following steps:

1. Put the garment inside the original wrapping or similar.

2. Fill out the returns form and insert it into the package together with the garment you are shipping.

3. Apply the waybill that the courier gives you on the package and send us the Tracking number to the emailassistenza@93greenstyle.com.

Defective product replacement:

If you have found any defects in the product received (defective or different from the one ordered), send us an email toassistenza@93greenstyle.com as indicated:

1. In the object enter: Defective / wrong product and Order Number.

2. Attach a clear picture of the defect / product.

3. In the text indicate the problem of the product and your telephone number.

You will be contacted within 24/48 by one of our representatives to solve the problem.

* In this case the shipping costs will be fully paid by 93 GREEN STYLE.

Return for any reason:

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it, the important thing that it respects the characteristics necessary for the return and that 14 days have not passed since receipt of the product.

We remind you that the shipping costs are charged to the customer.

Arrival of the new product:

The shipment of the new product to be replaced will be made within 72 hours of receipt of the return to 93 GREEN STYLE.

Reimbursement:

The refund is made by crediting the amount through the same payment method used to make the purchase or via a 93 GREEN STYLE discount coupon.
